The LifeShield CLAVE connector helps to ensure compliance to needle-free I.V. administration. It is a one-piece, swabable valve that provides a closed barrier to bacteria. The LifeShield CLAVE connector is also available on a comprehensive line of sets used with Hospira's electronic medication management systems.
